Job purpose:
The Team Leader is an essential part of the management team and will carry out duties necessary for the effective management of staff and office. They will lead, manage and support a team(s) of staff. Team Leaders will be responsible for understanding and improving performance. They may have specific responsibilities for leading and supporting teams of Patch Managers, and front end or case management Housing Advisors.
Reporting will be based on existing local management arrangements.
