Een IT-dienstverlener in Nederland zoekt een IT Servicedesk Specialist die verantwoordelijk is voor het analyseren en oplossen van incidenten, het beheren van werkomgevingen zoals Windows 10/11, en het initiëren van verbeteringen. Je krijgt een salaris tussen de €2.600 en €2.950, 8,33% vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen. Verder bieden zij persoonlijke begeleiding en de mogelijkheid om kosteloos te certificeren in ITIL, AZ-900 en MS-900.
