Katalyst CRO in Wisconsin is seeking a manufacturing improvement specialist to analyze assembly lines and processes using Lean principles and Value Stream Mapping. You will perform time studies and line balancing to optimize productivity and develop standard work instructions.
The role requires hands-on shopfloor experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools, along with ability to conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and support fixture design.
