• Leading the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality meals for breakfast and lunch service.
• Overseeing hot and cold food production, including deli grab & go and hot counter offerings.
• Coordinating hospitality events and ensuring food is prepared to Aramark’s brand standards.
• Managing stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring efficient stock rotation.
• Handling customer feedback with professionalism and care.
• Supporting and coaching team members, ensuring training needs are met and standards upheld.

• A qualified chef with relevant culinary experience and a passion for leadership.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including P&L and stock control.
• Someone who has lived in the UK for the past 5 years and can pass full security vetting and DBS checks (essential due to sector requirements).
• A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys developing others.

• A competitive salary of £30,000 per year.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – with occasional evening/weekend support for functions.
