As Service Manager for our Services to Older People, you'll lead teams who provide residential, respite and day care across Cross Reach. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compassionate care that helps older people live with dignity, comfort and purpose.
This is a leadership role where you'll balance operational delivery with strategic development. You'll oversee staff, budgets and service improvements, ensuring that care reflects both regulatory standards and the values that underpin our work.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing and developing residential, respite and day care services
- Leading and supporting staff teams to deliver person-centred care
- Overseeing budgets, audits and quality improvement plans
- Building strong relationships with families, partners and regulators
- Identifying and developing new services based on local needs
- Contributing to strategic planning and producing annual reports
- Deputising for the Head of Service when required
About You
You're an experienced and confident leader who combines professionalism with compassion. You bring clarity, integrity and vision to your work and are committed to ensuring the highest standards of care.
You hold an SVQ Level 4 in Social Care and a Management Qualification. You'll also have basic computer literacy, SSSC registration and PVG Scheme membership.
A strong Christian faith and the ability to uphold and model our Christian ethos are essential to this role.
