Excel Boat Company seeks a Paint Prep - Wash position in the Paint Department to support boat finishing. You will operate and maintain wash and foam equipment, perform pre-sand/sanding across all boat models, and ensure foam is applied correctly with proper safety practices.
Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and relevant certifications; lifting up to 75 lbs and ability to work in a fast-paced plant are expected. Teamwork and reliability are essential for daily production.
