Assist the executive team with calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and handling correspondence. Uphold high-quality administrative procedures. Organize and manage executive documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to internal policies. Support executive projects by coordinating tasks, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective and efficient communication. Plan and organize executive meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
