Evening Receptionist
Carlin Springs Health & Rehabilitation Center | Arlington, VA
Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour based on experience
Shift: Evening
Carlin Springs Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Evening Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. If you enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service, we would love to have you join our team!
What You’ll DoGreet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
Assist visitors and provide information as needed
Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area
Monitor visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures
Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Take and communicate messages to appropriate staff members
Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information
Respond to questions and direct concerns to the appropriate department
Follow facility policies and safety procedures
Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors
Perform other related duties as assigned
Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
Reliable and dependable
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be available to work evening shifts
