First Choice Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of Business Services Organisations for Assistant Procurement Officer based in Armagh.

The successful candidate will benefit from full-time hours working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, 37.5 hours per week, with a pay rate of £12.31 per hour. This post is temporary until the end of March 2026, with possible extension.

• Purchasing goods and services to ensure value for money
• Resolving invoice queries to facilitate prompt supplier payments
• Responding professionally to supplier queries
• Liaising with colleagues across all sites on procurement matters
• Maintaining accurate procurement records and supporting contract processes
• Ensuring full compliance with public sector procurement policies

• 5 GCSES including Maths and English grade A – C
• 1 years administration experience in an office setting
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
