• Host – lead the store by setting an example of great customer service and guiding customers to the right products.
• Store standards – ensure everything runs smoothly from cash reconciliations and customer queries to audit compliance and stock management.
• Team collaboration – work with a proud, fun‑loving team to maintain store quality.

• Experienced supervisor or duty manager used to managing a small team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to translate service into sales.
• Inquisitive, ever‑questioning and always looking to improve.
