Sales Assistant - Electrical Wholesale

Mac Electrical Supplies are an electrical wholesale/retail business based in the heart of Armagh. With over 40 years of industry experience, we are now looking for a Sales Assistant to support daily operations of the store.

This role is Monday – Friday.

• Serve customers at the trade counter and over the phone with a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide product advice and guidance based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Process sales transactions and complete accurate order entries.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries.

• Receive and process customer orders in the system efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.

• Assist with goods-in and goods-out operations: checking deliveries and stocking shelves.
• Pick and pack orders for collection.
• Help manage stock levels and report low-stock or discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as required by the Manager.
