Practice Nurse Maternity cover Ascot
The Dream Medical team are working with a GP surgery in Ascot who are currently looking for a Locum Practice Nurse to cover maternity leave.
The practice is looking for a nurse to work 10 - 20 hours on a minimum 6 month contract with a view to extend to 12 months.
You will be working as part of a team alongside GPs, Nurses and healthcare assistants.
The Practice Nurse is part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides an optimum service of nursing care relevant to the practice population.
The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Asthma
- Diabetic review
- Hypertension Clinic
- IHD Clinic
- COPD Clinic
- Immunisation Vaccination Clinic
- Holiday Vaccination Clinic
- Flu Vaccination Clinic
- Cervical Smears
- Family Planning
