Pay & Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you prefer fewer hours (down to a minimum of 12), we can accommodate that as well.

• Friday: 15:00 – 23:00
• Saturday: 12:00 – 20:00

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these windows, and you will receive at least three weeks' notice of your shifts.

Applicants must be over 18 years old. Tesco may close the role earlier than the advertised end date if a high volume of applications is received.
