Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with estate agency partners and clients
Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and enthusiasm
Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle client enquiries and support escalations efficiently
Identify new business opportunities through referrals and digital channels
Produce regular reports and analyse data to stay ahead of market trends
Continuously seek ways to improve performance and deliver exceptional results
