The Bid Manager will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of high-quality tenders across public and private sector civil engineering projects. Working closely with directors, estimators and project managers, this Bid Manager role plays a key part in converting opportunities into successful submissions.

The role will be office-based in Ashbourne for the first 4–6 months during training, before moving to hybrid working.
Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end bid management, from opportunity tracking and go/no-go decisions through to submission and post-bid review.
Manage all PQQ and ITT submissions, ensuring compliance, quality and timely delivery.
Develop bid strategies and win themes, coordinating technical, commercial and operational inputs.
Take ownership of bid writing and narrative development.
Manage bid programmes, deadlines, clarifications, risk registers and submissions via client portals.
Produce marketing materials including brochures, capability statements and project profiles.
