Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum

SMSTS, NVQ Level 6 / 7 & Driving Licence

A Regional NHBC Winning Housing Developer are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their East Midlands regional office. This medium sized Housing Developer are known for their exciting growth plans and high quality standards.

• Oversee the management of construction contracts
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage contract negotiations and variations
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management

• SMSTS
• NVQ Level 6
• Driving Licence

• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Chartered Membership of a relevant professional body
• Additional certifications in project management
• Experience working with NHBC standards

• Office-based with regular site visits across the East Midlands
• Full-time hours, occasional evening or weekend work may be required
• Travel within the East Midlands region
