Pay: 15 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

The Bench Hand Joiner Role:

As a skilled Bench Hand Joiner, you will assist with the preparation, assembly, and finishing of furniture components, working closely with experienced joiners to ensure every piece meets exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools and power tools.
• Assemble and finish bespoke furniture components to a high standard.
• Follow technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop.
• Check work for quality and accuracy.
• Operate machinery safely and assist with material handling.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Bench Hand Joiner or Woodworker
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle workshop tasks safely.
• Willingness to learn and develop practical joinery skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
