Mechanic​/Vehicle Technician

Up to £47,000 Basic plus OTE

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (no weekends!)

Just Recruitment Solutions are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician/Mechanic qualified to NVQ L3 or equivalent for a dealership vacancy. The role is based in a busy automotive workshop carrying out service and repair on a range of vehicles.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product.

• Carrying out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
• Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair, with at least 2 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Learns in a franchised dealership or reputable independent garage (preferred).
• Full driving licence.
• Aptitude for multi‑tasking.
• An eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Quality awareness.
• Communication skills.
• MOT is desirable. A valid MOT Smart Card would be beneficial.

Plenty of overtime is available and a bonus system is in place, rewarding for productivity and efficiency.
