Leading reputable construction company who carry out high end homes throughout Kent. They are award winning company that maintain strong objectives whilst delivering project on time to budget whilst maintaining a great relationship with all clients and customers.

The company have been around for a number of years and have a great reputation within the industry. They have an excellent opportunity for a Project Technical Manager to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range prestigious Residential schemes.

They provide excellent customer service standards, and dedicated to pushing the development of housing designs.

LOOKING FOR

  • Looking for someone with experience in new build residential projects
  • Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the business
  • Experienced and knowledge of Infrastructure, road works and facilities
  • Good problem solver and work with minimal instruction
  • Smart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers
  • Punctual, reliable and good practical skills
  • Degree qualified or Equivalent
  • Established track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the daily design management of the assigned projects
  • Prepares the Design Management Plan for the project.
  • Overall management of the design process including technical design matters from pre-planning through to completion.
  • Prepare scopes and participate in the appointment of Consultants, when required.
  • Identify all surveys, site investigations and consultants that would be required on a project.
  • Identify and manage design risks to ensure that they are mitigated in good time.
  • Production and maintenance of design deliverable package programme.
  • Support the Procurement and Construction teams.
  • Take responsibility for site evaluation, architectural and engineering design.
