French Speaking Customer Service Supervisor

Fixed Term Contract, Full Time

Up to £35,000 DOE

Ashford - Hybrid

This position is offered on a fixed term basis for 12 to 18 months with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

We are working with a well-established organisation in Ashford that is looking for a French speaking Customer Service Supervisor to join their team. This role would suit someone who enjoys supporting others, improving processes and ensuring customers receive an outstanding service.

Key responsibilities:

Leading and motivating a customer service team to achieve excellent service levels.

Holding regular one to one meetings to coach, guide and monitor performance.

Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met within the department.

Planning and delivering training and onboarding sessions for new starters and existing team members.

Keeping accurate records and ensuring internal procedures are followed at all times.

Liaising with Sales, Logistics and Finance to ensure a seamless service for customers.

What we are looking for:

Fluency in French and English (both verbal and written)

Previous customer service experience gained in a busy and structured environment.

Proven experience in a team leader or supervisory position.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce professional emails.

Confident use of Excel.

Comfortable working in a phone based role and able to build strong rapport.

Experience in sales order processing or administrative work which would be beneficial.
