Een zorgorganisatie in Nederland is op zoek naar een enthousiaste persoonlijk begeleider voor het Appartementen Training Centrum (ATC) in Assen. Je helpt jongvolwassenen met een beperking om zelfstandiger te worden. Je hebt een relevante mbo-opleiding nodig en bent bereid om onregelmatig te werken. Dit is een kans om impact te maken in het leven van cliënten door hen te begeleiden naar zelfstandigheid.
We bieden een contract voor onbepaalde tijd met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden.
