Dutch Customer Service Representative

Are you a Dutch speaker who enjoys helping others and solving problems? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our on-site team in various customer-facing positions across departments.

This is an on-site customer support role based in Athens, Greece, where you will assist Dutch-speaking customers on behalf of a well-known international brand. The work involves supporting customers across a variety of inquiries via multiple channels of communication.

• Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat (orders, payments, deliveries, complaints)
• Provide high-level customer care and go the extra mile to resolve issues
• Collaborate with a team and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment

• Native or near-native level in Dutch
• Good English communication (B2 level)
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Must be able to relocate to and work on-site in Athens, Greece

• €1350 gross/month salary
• 10% of the gross salary as a monthly bonus based on performance
• 14 salaries/year
• €1500 signing bonus
• Full relocation support (flight, accommodation in a hotel and assistance with documentation)
• On-site, full-time work (8-hour shifts, 5 days/week)
