Salary:

First 12 weeks

 * £13.10 per hour before 10pm

 * £16.38 per hour after 10pm

Week 13 onwards

 * £14.56 per hour before 10pm

 * £18.20 per hour after 10pm

We are currently hiring Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a fast-paced distribution centre in Atherstone. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, ideal for reliable and motivated individuals looking for stable, long-term warehouse work with excellent progression opportunities.

Successful candidates will be responsible for order picking, pallet wrapping, and general warehouse duties in both chill and ambient environments.

Shift Pattern

* 6am, 2pm, 7pm and 9pm shift start times

* Average 7–8 hours per shift

* 5 on 3 off and 4 on 2 off rotas

* Full-time hours with consistent shift patterns

Key Responsibilities

* Voice order picking using LLOP (Low Level Order Picker)

* Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch

* Loading and unloading goods

* Working in chill and ambient environments

* Maintaining a clean and safe working area

* Meeting daily targets in a team environment

Requirements

* No previous experience required – full training provided

* Reliable, punctual, and a good team player

* Comfortable with manual handling and fast-paced work

* Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods

* Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test (completed at our Nuneaton office if successful)
