Warehouse Operative​/Picker - Evenings

Job Title:

Warehouse Order Picker

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Times: 2:00 PM & 7:00 PM
Shift Length: 7–8 hours
Shift Pattern: 5 on / 3 off rota (includes weekends)

Pay Rates:

* Before 10:00 PM: £13.10 per hour

* After 10:00 PM: £16.38 per hour

After 12 weeks:

 * £14.56 per hour (before 10:00 PM)

 * £18.20 per hour (after 10:00 PM)

Duties Include:

* Voice order picking (training provided)

* Operating a LLOP (Low Level Order Picker – training provided)

* Pallet wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch

* General warehouse duties

Requirements:
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in:

* Warehousing or order picking

* Dispatch, packing, or loading

* Chill or ambient warehouse environments

* LLOP operation or production work

Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.

Additional Information:

* The company will relocate to Coalville in 2027

* Drug testing is required and will be carried out at our Nuneaton office
