The Poarch Band of Creek Indians is seeking a PRM Quality Assurance Technician to support food safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement at Perdido River Meats LLC. This role performs inspections, audits, documentation, sampling, and testing to ensure USDA, HACCP, GMP, and company requirements are met.
Team members will learn across harvest and fabrication floors. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in Food Science, Microbiology, Animal Science, or related field
