We are excited to present a rare opportunity for an Assistant Manager at our branch in Attleborough.

The branch is a busy hub delivering a first-class tyre and fast fit service, in addition to mobile tyre fitting for HGV, plant and agricultural tyres.

You will be working alongside the Branch Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to;

  • Liaising with customers to arrange the diary and confirming appointments via phone and email
  • Overseeing the team on site, ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures and HR/H&S legislation
  • Assisting with all fitting work, either in the branch or mobile fitting (previous tyre fitting knowledge/experience essential)
  • Carrying out regular stock maintenance and processing reordering routines
  • Completing the daily and weekly routines for KPI’s and H&S compliance checks

Previous experience is essential however, you’ll be supported by a number of key-personnel including a Zone Manager, Area Operations Manager and Head Office Team.

This role is 45 hours per week within our operating hours, but you may occasionally be required to work additional hours for the proper fulfilment of the role.

The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience.
