The AI Deliver Lead roles is part of our Products and Engineering group, alongside product managers, AI engineers, technology strategists and technical architects. We bring the right product and technology expertise to each of the concepts we work with. As an AI Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across software engineering and AI-enabled initiatives. You will provide structure, governance and leadership across delivery teams while maintaining visibility of progress, risks and outcomes.

As an AI Delivery Lead, you will:

• Lead multidisciplinary work streams and delivery squads across AI transformation and software engineering programmes.
• Build trusted relationships with diverse teams, stakeholders and programme sponsors.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering meetings and decision-making sessions.
• Shape delivery processes and controls to deliver business outcomes.
• Produce high-quality progress reporting and artifacts to speed up decision making and communication.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Leverage AI-assisted delivery and reporting tools to improve productivity, governance and stakeholder engagement.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Proven years of experience working as a delivery lead or scrum master in software engineering teams
• Product development experience, as part of a multidisciplinary product engineering team
• Track record of co-developing and improving delivery processes with a business team
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, an ability to explain complex topics while taking people on a delivery journey
• Demonstrable track record of leading technology delivery within complex business environments
• Experience of Product and/or Professional Services organisations
• Working understanding of AI powered product development and leveraging new technologies
• Practical use of AI-assisted delivery and reporting tools to improve delivery effectiveness
