Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Line Associate to disassemble poultry and perform a variety of processing tasks on a rotating production line. Pay starts at $17.35 per hour with a $1,500 sign-and-stay bonus, and benefits begin day one.
Shifts available: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM and 4:30 PM–2:00 AM. This role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn debone or evisceration processes and to grow within a large poultry operation in Alabama.
