Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a Cytology Supervisor to oversee the Cytology Section. You will supervise staff, coordinate Thin Prep screenings (GYN and Non-GYN), FNA procedures, and ensure accurate specimen labeling and data entry.
You will work under the Histology/Cytology Manager with pathologist input, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality control across OSHA, CLIA, CAP, and JCAHO guidelines. Strong collaboration with labs, IT, and clinicians is essential.
