Job Responsibilities: This role involves supporting the department's activities, supporting SAP MM/SD/FICO modules, and providing support for SAP users across North and South America. Knowledge of SAP MDG, MDM, Data Quality tools, Dashboard reporting, and ETL tools is an asset. The role requires business knowledge, IT background, SAP processes, and strong communication skills.

• Analyze business requirements and identify system gaps
• Design and implement solutions within SAP framework
• Support SAP and MDM end-users daily
• Provide training and support for SAP modules
• Assist in system issues, external and internal collaboration, and project roll-outs
• Perform data analysis, cleansing, and define data strategies

Qualifications:

• Completion of college diploma/certificate
• Minimum 5 years in business analysis, systems analysis, or related fields
• Experience in SAP, especially MM/SD modules, with 3+ years in Master Data Management
• Knowledge of SAP MDG/MDM, Data modeling, Data profiling, and BI tools like Power BI is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with project management skills
