Reporting to the Produce Department Head (or his/her delegates), the Produce Cooler Keeper manages the produce storage area, including coolers. The position also provides excellent customer service to customers by fulfilling requests, maintaining inventory, and ensuring workplace cleanliness.

T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC and has grown to Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 31 stores across the country.

• Manage the receiving of products, conduct quality inspections, and place products in the store.
• Maintain inventory and product quality; follow FIFO and ensure proper display.
• Sort, pack, label various produce products and place them in storage & promotion coolers.
• Maintain storage area cleanliness and keep work tools clean and well‑kept.
• Keep warehouse, display, and walk‑in coolers clean and tidy.
• Process produce inventory control reports following procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

• Complete secondary education and above.
• Ready to stand for long periods and handle lifting of products up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Prepared to work in low temperature (0‑4 °C) environments regularly.
• Knowledge of basic work safety.
• Not allergic to handling produce products.
• Relevant experience with produce handling preferred.
• Friendly and passionate about serving customers.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and statutory holidays.
