The Kore LLC in Austin, TX, is hiring a Transplant Assistant Scheduler to support a busy transplant team. You will manage referrals, build patient charts, coordinate with dialysis units and physician offices, and maintain scheduling records on site.
The role requires 3+ years of administrative or scheduling experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with computers, phones, and email. Shifts run 8:00am–4:30pm; contract position with potential for permanent hire at the hospital.
