Valsoft Corporation seeks a highly skilled Tax Manager to lead tax for the Helios / Tessera portfolio across the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy and Switzerland. You will work with HQ tax, drive European tax compliance, tax provision, transfer pricing and due diligence for M&A, with exposure to US/Canada tax as a plus.
Travel is occasional, with intercontinental and intra-European assignments.
