Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review individual income tax returns
- Interview clients to understand tax situations and identify opportunities
- Explain findings, recommendations, and potential tax savings clearly
- Ensure returns meet IRS rules and internal quality standards
- Provide support to clients and collaborate with office teams
- Use tax software and digital tools to complete returns
- Prior tax preparation experience
- Completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment
- Strong knowledge of individual tax preparation and compliance
- Excellent client communication and ability to explain tax recommendations
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Comfort using digital tax tools
