Flex is seeking a senior IT and corporate engineering builder to own our IT and security posture across a distributed, fast-growing company. You will shape the roadmap, manage the external IT partner, and design identity and access as a product, enabling fast onboarding with strong governance.
You will automate provisioning, enforce policy, and run endpoint management while collaborating with People, Finance, and Legal. This role is hands-on and highly autonomous, reporting to the CTO.
