Cardiac RN Navigator Path to Supervisor in Outpatient Clinic

The Addison Group is seeking an experienced RN to join our outpatient Heart Failure Clinic in Austin, TX. This Cardiac RN Navigator will work on-site, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care in a busy clinic, performing 6-minute walk tests, educating patients on heart failure, and coordinating referrals. Strong emphasis on independent work within a collaborative team of nurses.
