We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good research abilities, and experience in prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and maintaining lead databases.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate potential leads through online research, Linked In, company websites, business directories, and other platforms.
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to connect with prospective clients.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build a strong prospect database.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and potential interest.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update lead information, contact details, and follow-up activities in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and messages.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation activities and prepare performance reports.
- Achieve assigned targets for lead generation, qualified prospects, and meetings booked.
