Experience Needed/Responsibilities

• Runs a cold outbound, phone-based role focused on calling prospects and booking appointments
• Builds their own lead lists and prospects independently
• Manages all of the outbound appointment setting end to end
• Sets in-person appointments and on-site walkthroughs for the account executive to meet with prospects
• Executes cold email sequencing and Linked In outreach alongside calling
• Communicates clearly and professionally with prospects
• Writes proposals as a secondary task once the pipeline generates qualified leads
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of appointment setting

Good to have

• Excellent, clear spoken English suited for a phone-heavy role
• Resourceful and works as an independent operator with minimal oversight
• Proactive mindset that suggests and improves on existing processes
• Strong organizational skills, including self-tracking of calls, emails, and Linked In touches
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to draft targeted outreach and sales copy by industry

Non-negotiable Requirements

• 5 years of cold calling, prospecting, and appointment-setting experience
• Proven track record of setting in-person appointments, with a target of roughly 3 per week
• Proven experience building lead lists across platforms like Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Lusha
