We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing U.S.

-based company specializing in business financing solutions for small and mid-sized businesses
.

In this role, you’ll connect with business owners, generate interest in financing solutions, qualify potential opportunities, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone with strong English, a sales mindset, great communication skills, and the drive to hit goals and grow professionally.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to business owners and prospective clients across the U.S.
• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Introduce potential clients to the company's business financing solutions.
• Identify business needs and qualify potential financing opportunities.
• Build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
• Manage lead and prospect information accurately.
• Keep detailed records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Work toward clear activity, appointment-setting, and sales KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve outreach and messaging.

Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills.

Some previous experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles
.

Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business owners.

Previous experience selling services, financial products, or other intangible solutions is highly desirable.

Goal-oriented and comfortable working with quotas and measurable targets.

Confident, persistent, and able to handle objections and rejection professionally.

Organized and consistent with follow-ups.

Self-motivated and comfortable working 100% remotely.

Nice to Have

• Previous SDR or BDR experience.
• Cold-calling or outbound prospecting experience.
• Experience working with U.S. customers or companies.
• Experience in financial services, business lending, funding, fintech, or B2B services
