What we do

Elevio sources high-quality remote talent from India and places them directly in UK property businesses.

We work very closely with our clients to source exceptional team members. This includes training and supporting those hires in their new roles along with a host of other daily tasks.

This is a phone job first. Every morning, UK time, we meet on Zoom and make 30 to 35 calls to UK property business owners, booking qualified consultations.

In the afternoons we move to the recruitment side. We work with our clients through interactive job profile workshops, build the shortlist for each role we fill, run initial phone interviews with candidates in India, handle assessments and everything in between!

What you will do in your first year

• Start the day on Zoom with the team, camera on, dialling UK property business owners from a lead list we give you. You'll dial 30 to 35 outbound calls with us every day and book qualified consultations
• After every real conversation you'll send a follow-up email, same day, and log the call in our CRM
• In the afternoon you'll complete and score initial phone interviews with candidates, finalise clear write-ups for the client, work on shortlists, and make Linked In connections for the team
• You will help with assessing the candidates: booking participants in, reminders, and acting as the first point of contact
• You'll cover a teammate's calls when they are off, and have yours covered when you are
• With time, you'll have the opportunity to sit in on consultations and learn what each client is really hiring for
• Every Friday we'll go over your call numbers, what worked on the phone this week, and what you would change

Who we are looking for

• 2 to 5 years in an outbound role with international clients. You have made cold calls for a living
• Excellent spoken and written English. You will be the first voice a UK business owner hears from us, and your write-ups go straight to UK clients
• Resilient and warm. A "no" does not knock you off course, and you do not get sharp with people who say it
• Curious. You ask the right questions instead of assuming
• Organised enough to switch from outbound calls to recruitment tasks in the same day
• Honest about timelines. If something will not land, you say so early
• Comfortable on camera. Our mornings are on Zoom together, every day

What we offer

• 10 LPA fixed, plus uncapped commission: 1.2 lakh for every client you bring on
• Fully remote, on UK full-time hours: 9am to 6pm UK, Monday to Friday

• A seat at the table in a three-person company, working directly with the founder every day
• Structured training in your first eight weeks: the UK property market, our processes end to end, the call itself, and our tools
• Ownership of the recruitment side of the business as you prove it, and a real say in how we run it
