Business Development Representative EC

• Identify and research potential customers and target accounts
• Prospect for new business opportunities through phone calls, email, social media, and other channels
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers and generate qualified leads
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, business requirements, and potential fit
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and identify opportunities
• Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and sales calls for qualified prospects
• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Follow up with prospects throughout the qualification process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system
• Track outreach activities, meetings, lead progression, and conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams
• Meet or exceed lead generation, meeting, and pipeline targets
• Continuously improve prospecting strategies and outreach approaches

• Previous experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
• Experience using CRM systems and managing prospect information
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
• English proficiency
