Appointment Setter PY

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, and social media
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and interest
• Schedule qualified appointments and demonstrations for the sales team
• Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up with prospects to reduce no-shows
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
• Handle basic questions and objections professionally
• Record prospect information and activities in the CRM
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointment times
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead transfer
• Provide feedback regarding prospect responses and common needs

• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales
• Experience making outbound calls and communicating with prospective customers
• Ability to qualify leads and schedule appointments consistently
• Ability to work toward daily and monthly performance targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote sales team
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work
• English proficiency
