Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Company's industry: Entertainment

Location: Remote (LATAM)

Role Type: Full-Time as an Independent Contractor (compensation in USD through Deel)

About the role

You’ll go after organizations that can sign up many teams at once: college and university golf clubs, companies, alumni groups and social organizations. You’ll also sell private leagues that we design and run for a single group, separate from our standard league program.

Our best results so far have come from college golf clubs signing up 10+ teams at a time. Your job is to repeat that with more schools and bring the same model to businesses and other Organizations.

You’ll build target lists, run email and Linked In outreach, lead sales calls and own the relationship through signup. Large and private league deals are scoped together with the Director of Experience and League Strategy, and you’ll handle smaller group signups directly.

Key responsibilities

Group and private league outreach (about 75%)

  • Build and enrich target lists in Apollo by market, focused on college golf clubs and club sports, university and grad programs, HR and People Ops leads, office managers, social committees, alumni associations and social clubs near Five Iron locations.
  • Run email sequences and Linked In outreach timed to each season's sales window (fall, winter, spring, summer).
  • Lead phone and video calls with decision-makers to qualify opportunities: number of teams, location, preferred night and format, budget and timeline.
  • Work with the Director of Experience and League Strategy to shape and propose private leagues and large multi-team deals.
  • Close smaller group signups directly through League Apps.
  • Prioritize new organizations that haven't played with us before, while also re-engaging past groups that have lapsed.
  • Focus extra effort on locations flagged as high priority or behind pace for the season.

Membership support (about 15%)

  • Support membership outreach campaigns, mainly during slower league sales windows.

League admin and scoring support (about 10%)

  • Support league operations alongside our league admin lead during slower outreach periods. This includes league scoring, registration cleanup, team and roster updates, and scheduling support.

CRM and reporting

  • Log all activity, deals and attribution in Hub Spot, and make sure your sourced teams are tagged correctly in League Apps.
  • Send a weekly report every Friday covering contacts reached, replies, calls held, teams signed (new vs. returning), private leagues in progress and pipeline by location.

Weekly rhythm

  • Monday: list building and enrichment, then loading sequences by priority market
  • Tuesday: reply handling, qualification calls and follow-ups
  • Wednesday:
Linked In outreach to high-value targets and sequence optimization
  • Thursday: sales calls, proposals, signups and prep for large or private deals
  • Friday: weekly report, pipeline review, and admin and scoring support as needed

What success looks like

  • Within your first 90 days, outreach running in every priority market, with clean, segmented lists.
  • Within your first 90 days, a minimum of $10K in league revenue from new group signups as you ramp into the winter season.
  • Multiple large-group or private league opportunities in active discussion for upcoming seasons.
  • Once ramped, at least $90K per year in league revenue sold by you or directly attributable to your outreach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in outbound SDR, business development or sales
  • Professional-level written and spoken English, including confidently leading phone and video sales calls
  • Hands‑on experience with Apollo or similar tools for list building, enrichment and sequencing
  • Hub Spot experience, including logging activity, managing pipelines and building simple reports
  • Comfortable with cold email and Linked In outreach
  • Organized, self‑directed and reliable during U.S. business hours
