As an Account Manager in Streem’s Customer Success team, you’ll work with a diverse mix of clients from a wide range of industries, helping them get the very best out of the Streem platform. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, stay tuned in to the ever-changing Australian media landscape, and deliver the kind of service that keeps our clients coming back.

Your Role

Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:

  • Setting up new clients for success by establishing, customising, and managing their Streem accounts, including the creation of keyword and Boolean searches.

  • Building, maintaining, and growing strong client relationships, advocating for their needs across both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Running engaging platform training sessions, both virtually and in-person.

  • Collecting client feedback and collaborating with internal teams to turn insights into real improvements.

  • Identifying key media events and opportunities to strengthen client relationships.

  • Producing reports, transcripts, summaries and more, to help clients make media meaningful.

Don’t worry if some of this sounds new; you’ll be supported with hands-on training to build the knowledge and skills you need to excel.

Who are we looking for?

You’re a confident communicator who loves solving problems and delivering excellent service. You’re adaptable, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. If you have a genuine interest in media and enjoy collaborating with others to create excellent client outcomes, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Bonus points if you’ve got media industry experience, a background in communications, or skills with Boolean, CRMs or project tools, but passion and people skills are what really matter. We're on the hunt for a few talented candidates with a range of skill levels - whether you're a few years into your career or you're more experienced, we're interested in learning more about you.
