Role Overview :
The Site Agent will lead and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of construction works. This role involves supervising site teams, coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with all contractual, technical, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the site team, including Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foremen. Ensure works are executed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Monitor progress, resources, and site productivity. Maintain accurate site records, reports, and as-built documentation. Implement and enforce HSE and environmental standards. Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, and site operations. Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills. CSCS/SMSTS or equivalent site safety certification. Familiarity with NEC. Why Join:
