- Monday to Friday World Leading Bespoke Products Well established Friendly loyal team We are seeking a SPRAY FINISHER to join our growing team, in order to deliver high quality finished on bespoke projects. You will find no other business like ours. We are highly specialist and are extremely passionate about our bespoke products. Working with a wide range of projects which include The National Trust, The Vatican and The Royal Household, to name but a few.

We are looking for experience within the Joinery or Cabinetmaking sector, with spraying knowledge. You will be somebody who takes real pride in their craft someone meticulous, organised, methodical, and able to deliver exceptional finishes under tight deadlines. Commutable from Rugby, Coventry, Lutterworth, Leamington Spa, Northampton, Southam, Long Itchington, Bedworth, Kenilworth, and Solihull

Key Responsibilities Operate a range of spraying equipment, including pump systems, gravity guns, gun wash, and sanders. Prepare substrates and apply high-quality top-coat finishes using spray guns. Perform spot priming, fading in, and small remedial brushwork as required. Deliver finishes across a full sheen range (3 ) in a variety of clear and coloured systems. Spray a wide range of coatings including lacquers, Polyester, PU, AC, Pre-cat, and water-based finishes.

Mix, match, and apply stains and tints with technical accuracy. Produce high-gloss polished finishes, including preparation, buffing, and polishing using cutting pastes and mops. Apply hand-finishing techniques such as waxing, oiling, traditional polishing, and restoration. About You It is essential you have experience in paint and lacquer spraying.

Experience of pump systems, gravity guns, gun wash and sanders Familiarity with coatings such as lacquers, Polyester, PU, AC, Pre-cat and water-based finishes Strong knowledge of spray finishing techniques and equipment.
