Senior Lettings Negotiator

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be the face of KFH for landlords and tenants alike.

You'll guide clients through the lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout. You'll also act as a role model within the team, supporting colleagues and helping drive branch success. You'll be responsible for:
Registering and qualifying applicants and landlords, ensuring accurate details in our CRM system Conducting property viewings and providing timely feedback to landlords Negotiating offers between applicants and landlords to secure successful tenancies Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and local market knowledge Advising clients on lettings legislation, compliance, and KFH's full range of services Supporting and coaching less experienced team members to help them succeed What can you bring to the role?

A proven track record as an experienced lettings negotiator, ideally within the London market Excellent customer service and strong negotiation skills Clear and confident communication – face-to-face, phone, and email A proactive, can-do attitude with the drive to meet and exceed targets Knowledge of housing legislation and compliance requirements NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management (or equivalent) is desirable KFH is an equal opportunity employer.
