Telesales Executive

An internal office-based telesales executive role, working alongside an experienced and successful field sales team. Generating leads and appointments, for a high-performance range of flat roof systems and waterproofing solutions.

Package:
Circa £30k-£35k basic with a £5k KPI bonus scheme for year one, and an uncapped £12k commission scheme for year 2 onwards. 25 days holiday, Bupa healthcare, pension and a company share scheme

Customers:
Architects, contractors, building surveyors, local authorities, facilities managers, education & healthcare asset managers and building owners

The Role – Telesales Executive:

* An internal office-based sales role working alongside an experienced and successful national field sales team

* Promoting a high-performance range of flat roof systems and waterproofing solutions

* Tracking both new new-build and refurbishment projects with contractors, architects, building surveyors, asset managers, building owners and facilities managers

* Working one-on-one with each field representative, understanding their needs and objectives to then track and secure leads and appointments for them

* As well as supporting them with the tracking and winning of projects

The Successful Applicant – Telesales Executive:

* You will have a proven track record in telesales and be a confident communicator with excellent telephone and written communication skills

* Highly organised, target-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities

* Competent user of CRM systems for lead tracking and sales pipeline management

* Collaborative mindset – able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

* Positive, energetic attitude and a desire to contribute to a high-performance culture
