We’re working with a well-established logistics company in the South West area that are keen to bring on new freight specialists to their growing team! This company are expanding their operations rapidly and are looking for a talented freight professional to help them grow their business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Manage end-to-end international shipments across air, sea, and road freight

* Coordinate collections and deliveries with carriers, hauliers, and overseas partners

* Handle customs documentation and clearance procedures accurately and efficiently

* Track consignments, manage pre-alerts, and provide regular client updates

* Deliver outstanding customer service from booking to final delivery

* Oversee invoicing, job costing, and ensure all documentation is compliant

What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 1 years’ experience in UK freight forwarding

* Good knowledge of Air OR Sea OR Road freight operations - training will be provided on any mode of freight you are not familiar with

* Confident understanding of customs processes and shipping documentation

* Experience using systems like Cargowise, Multifreight would be an advantage

* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills

* A proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple shipments
