• Prepare and draft charter party agreements for vessels employed on voyage/time chartering arrangements using the company’s terms and conditions or any other recognized industry standards, to ensure that all possible points/issues are covered and safeguarding company’s interest in case of any dispute.
• Monitor the performance of the chartered vessels with respect to quantities loaded/discharged, vessel arrival information, loading/discharge details, and voyage instructions, to ensure that transactions are in compliance with the contract and all details are captured in case arbitration is required to resolve any dispute.
• Verify charter party agreements of vessel employed on voyage/time charter agreement in accordance with the company’s terms and conditions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. BSc. in Maritime studies is highly desired.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Shipping Operations, Logistics, Planning & Marine Operations, especially in the petroleum industry.
• Detailed knowledge of Marine chartering and knowledge of current trends in petroleum shipping and maritime laws, oil tanker operations and product specifications.
• Experience in dealing with multinational vessel owners, brokers, shipping agents and international logistics providers.
• Computer literate and working knowledge of computer business applications.
• Knowledge of HSEQ requirement.
